Great to meet you!

I believe that YOU are the best expert of you!

I'm Elizabeth, and over my last 18 years of helping others I've put my warm, gentle and quirky personality into creating a safe place for therapy. I have put my focus on working with depression, PTSD & trauma, anxiety, BPD and those on the Autism spectrum. I enjoy working with neuro divergent adults and folx in the LGBTQ+ community. I would love to connect and begin your journey to self-improvement.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use positive psychology and a strengths-based approach to my sessions. I incorporate a variety of theories such as Adlerian, Internal Family Systems, Client-Centered, Feminism, Psychoanalytic, Harm Reduction, Solution Focused, Eco Psychology, and DBT skills.

I have a sex-positive approach and am an LGBTQ+ provider.
