Great to meet you!

As a queer woman of color, I have a unique perspective that helps me connect with clients from many different backgrounds. As a counselor, I know how comforting it can be to connect with someone who can understand your experiences— and how that type of connection can make you feel less alone. My goal is to provide a safe, flexible space tailored to your specific needs where you feel unconditionally embraced and understood as you work towards your personal goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is feminist, multicultural, and trauma-informed. Whether you want to explore your past, present, or future, my counseling style is a collaborative approach where your needs shape our sessions and your goals. In addition, to talk therapy, I can use expressive arts and dreamwork to encourage client self-expression and self-understanding. I also offer EMDR and IFS .
