Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Florida. I have worked with victims of domestic violence and victims of crime for almost 15 years, dealing with safety issues, depression, anxiety and PTSD. I have provided support and counseling to women, children and men dealing with abusive relationships and family issues. I also have extensive experience with severe and persistent mental illness. In addition, I am an ally to the LGBTQ community.

A bit about my approach to therapy

A non-judgmental, honest and direct therapeutic relationship is paramount to your road to your happiness and success. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including psychotherapy, person-centered, solution-focused, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and EMDR in my sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

I intend to provide you the respect you deserve and a feeling of safety in this process. If you chose to work with me, I value your input and will partner with you to achieve your goals.
