Elina Calabrese is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual and group work with a holistic approach to emotional wellness and has a passion for empowering and inspiring individuals to achieve their goals. Her areas of expertise include mood disorders, emotional eating, and issues with food and body image. Elina received her Masters Degree in Social Work from Touro College Graduate School of Social Work in 2012.
Elina has gained experience working with diverse populations including LGBTQ individuals, ex-offenders, and clients with substance use disorders. She has utilized evidence-based interventions with clients, in the form of individual therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as group therapy offering Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills training. Elina has facilitated Love Your Body workshops, Single Parent support groups, and Career Readiness programs. She has worked with clients ages five to 95 and thoroughly enjoys guiding people of any age to uncover their true selves so that they may live the happy and fulfilling lives they so desire.
