Eli Weinstein, LCSW, specializes in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, Mood Disorders, relationship/couple/marriage issues, infertility , and ADHD through individual and couples therapy. He uses evidence based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitments Therapy (ACT), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
After receiving his B.A in Psychology from Touro College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham Graduate School of Social Service, Eli has extensive clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples. While at Fordham, he interned at Metropolitan Psychiatric Hospital honing his skills of empathy, care and treatment.
