Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, and Stress

Great to meet you!

I work with adults suffering from excessive worries, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, chronic pain, and the aftermaths of childhood trauma. I help individuals who experience significant distress due to their hard relationships with a toxic parent or partner.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I practice an integrative model of counseling based on Cognitive-Behavior, Attachment theory, Trauma-informed, Mindfulness, and body-centered psychotherapy approaches. Stress is a normal part of our life. When we struggle with chronic stress, our mind and body are both in trouble. As a result, we can feel worried and sad, as well experience prolonged body pain, or any other physical problems.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy will help you re-establish a sense of normalcy, regain your body-mind-spirit balance, and heal attachment wounds. You can't change the past, but you can learn how to recognize and disconnect your negative emotional charge that affects and restricts your current life. Getting relief from emotional and physical pain, you will be able to build meaningful connections with yourself and others, feel more secure, confident, and self-accepted.
