Eleanor Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Killeen, TX. Eleanor specializes in working with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, and grief or have a history of trauma.

Eleanor draws from the therapeutic approach that best fits the client. Therapy methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and Brainspotting. All therapy modalities are administered with a trauma focused lens and are tailored to suit each individual client’s needs and personality type.

Eleanor earned her Master’s degree from Liberty University. She is a warm, understanding, and authentic therapist who empathizes with her clients in a way that builds trust, comfort, and rapport.

Message to clients
