Great to meet you!

I licensed professional board certified psychotherapist, and certified trauma therapist that believes in meeting clients where they are. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! My focus is working with individuals suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship conflict, and women's issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship should be built on trust, respect, and confidentiality in a caring, safe, and compassionate environment for you to explore life’s difficulties and concerns. I aim to provide an authentic and welcoming environment for you to be open and transparent. I am committed to supporting your needs while you unpack the “stuff” that has been weighing you down and affecting your overall wellbeing.

What you can expect from our first session

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
