Great to meet you!

Okay, so you’re thinking about investing into yourself via mental health? Great idea, you won’t regret it! I support my clients in improving their quality of lives for themselves (first) and for those around them. Our relationship with ourselves is the only one that’s guaranteed regardless of who else is in our life. We have to sleep, eat, and live with ourself each day and this relationship is the foundation to our life experience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is down-to-earth, humorous, and casual. Clinically, I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to help investigate your beliefs, choose better thoughts, and have a better emotional experience. I also use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to support you in creating and discovering solutions you didn’t even know were possible. Solutions exist!

What you can expect from our first session

It’s fine if you do or don’t know where to start, all you need to do is show up for yourself and together we will take care of the rest. I am the best therapist for those ready to explore what change could be and I specialize in supporting creative entrepreneurs, entertainers, and artists in reaching their highest potential. Let’s consult and see if we’re a good fit, then you’ll be on your way to a better life.
