Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Earl Lewis. I have my completed my post-masters degree (Ed.S) in Couples/Marriage/Family Therapy and Masters degree (M.A.) in clinical/ mental health. My clinical experience has been in partial care program, intensive day treatment, mental health, substance abuse, couples, families, child/adolescents, and crisis response.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a person-centered, motivational, encouraging, positive approach to therapy. I believe in you and your ability to make significant changes in your life. I'm the person walking alongside you in your journey with challenging questions and a bit of humor because laughter is truly therapeutic. I use solution-focused brief therapy, narrative, therapy, and motivational interviewing incorporating various humanistic, behavioral, and postmodern methods.

What you can expect from our first session

Expect to laugh, relax, be challenged, and be open about your concerns and issues. Therapy can be serious but can be eye-opening. I'm here for you to take what you can and leave the rest. We all go through tough seasons and storms. I believe every storm passes and some seasons just isn't yours. But, I believe through time, all challenges fade and a better you is possible. I'm here to help you adjust, move, and handle the storms.
