Therapy is the ultimate act of self care. Therapy can help you look at patterns in your life that are preventing you from moving forward to help you live a happier life. Getting stuck can feel frustrating and yet comfortable, especially if you've been there a while. You want something different. You KNOW there is something different out there and you're ready to get it. Maybe it's finding a new relationship, maybe it's happiness in the relationship you're in, maybe it's finding your purpose, maybe it's getting out of a job you dislike, or starting something that excites you.

I offer a supportive and encouraging demeanor with many years of experience. I can bear witness to your process and investigate where you are getting stuck. I chose this field because I love people's stories, and I want to know yours. I am resourceful at helping you recognize old patterns of where you're getting stuck and realize how to get past them.

NYC is the city that never sleeps. There are increasing demands and nothing you do is enough. Therapy is having someone stand by you in the chaos and reminding you to keep going and reminding you of how much progress you've made. It would be a pleasure to witness your process.
