Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my masters in Rehabilitation Counseling and Disability Studies from Langston University in Oklahoma. I initially focused on working with children and adolescents, due to my background in the juvenile detention field. I have now developed the ability to work with families, adults, senior citizens, veterans, and those people struggling with addictions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in working with people with high anxiety, severe depression, multiple personalities, parent-child conflict, low self-esteem, grief, among other issues. I enjoy being flexible in my approach because it allows you, the client, to feel more at ease and comfortable with the counseling process. I look forward to meeting you and building a bridge to a successful and more positive future.

What you can expect from our first session

I employ an eclectic style of counseling from several modalities, such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Existential, and Client-Centered.
