My approach to therapy is based on mutuality, empathy and respect. I see my role as a facilitator, assisting you on coping with life challenges while providing a safe, non-judgmental space to uncover your strengths and power to create the life that you want. I believe in a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit.I utilize a framework of cognitive behavioral therapy that focuses on how our thoughts affect our emotions, behaviors and habits. Mindfulness, visualization and guided imagery are also methods that I use. I have 20 years of experience working with a wide range of people of diverse backgrounds, needs and challenges. My definition of success is a joyful life.
