Lets work towards being your ideal self. I pull from many psychotherapy orientations in an integrative way and am always striving to learn more. I incorporate knowledge from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Client-focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Existential Therapy, and more. In addition, I incorporate knowledge acquired from over a decade of studying psychology. This background includes supervising other therapists.
I have a background in serving under-privileged populations and young/adult professionals. My main focuses have been Depression, Anxiety, and trauma/abuse related difficulties.
