Most people enter into therapy to gain a better understanding of themselves with a goal of living a better life. Are there issues in your life that are causing roadblocks or obstacles that you can’t seem to get past? Are you dealing with difficult battles related to trauma, alcohol and addiction, sexual identity, depression, anxiety or shame that is setting you off balance? One may have the desire, motivation and willingness to move forward in their lives, but may need some direction and skills that will help navigate them through these complex experiences.

If this sounds familiar, I may be able to help. I am a Clinical Social Worker experienced in trauma, adjustment issues, grief/loss, as well as dealing with difficult emotions such as depression, anxiety and shame. I work with my clients in finding goals that will put them back on track to recovery so they could live a more fulfilling life.

I am skilled in evidence based practices such as CBT, DBT, Brainspotting and Attachment Focused EMDR. If you have any questions about these please visit my website. My goal with my clients is to have them find joy. If you are ready to learn more about yourself and find ways to better cope with life, I am ready to take this journey with you.
