I work with individuals, couples, and groups. I help people identify and eliminate beliefs and perspectives that prevent them from living with love, confidence, and enthusiasm. Anxiety is reduced by identifying causes and applying mindful, body-present skills. Depression is lifted through expression and removing draining blocks that prevent action. Relationships are improved by focusing on communication and eliminating blame, resentment, and individual defenses that block deep intimacy. The more we know about ourselves, the more we're able to let go of old patterns and make decisions that lead to a more joyful and fulfilling life.
People reach out to me when they realize they can no longer repeat the same patterns that continually lead to unfulfillment and suffering, and they are determined to change. I run several groups that focus on intimacy and developing a positive relationship with one's self, leading to improved, fulfilling, and loving relationships with others.

My clients are all ages and come from a wide range of ethnicities and sexual identities. I am a Fordham University graduate, a LCSW, a meditation instructor, and am trained as a group therapist at Eastern Group Psychotherapy Society.
