I specialize in treating anxiety and depression and enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan. A strong therapeutic relationship is essential to good therapy. First and foremost, I provide a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgement. I practice a person-centered, collaborative approach to counseling while utilizing cognitive behavioral and mindfulness techniques.
