Therapy can be a short-term experience navigating a crisis or it can be a longer process to learn more about who you are. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy, it looks different for everyone. I aim to help you tell your story and to identify frustrating patterns so you can better understand who you are and how to make the best decisions for you. I’ve worked with people from diverse backgrounds and have found that through using our therapeutic relationship, active listening, creativity, spontaneity and even humor we can understand how you can live your life in the most authentic way possible.

Please feel free to reach out and I would be happy to answer any questions prior to meeting in person. I look forward to meeting you.

“There’s no ‘should’ or ‘should not' when it comes to having feelings. They’re part of who we are and their origins are beyond our control. When we can believe that, we may find it easier to make constructive choices about what to do with those feelings.” -Fred Rogers
