Trauma and Women's Issues

Great to meet you!

My clinical experience has focused on working with those who have experienced trauma. I draw on modern evidence-based interventions and holistic psychotherapy practices to assist folks in reducing symptoms, becoming more present in life, and improving relationships. I am a member of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation and have participated in the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a nonjudgmental space where people can freely express themselves and begin the journey of self-discovery. I pride myself on authenticity and transparency. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of the healing process, so I bring my true self into every session. Please reach out and ask questions to find out more about me and how we can work together to achieve your goals

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to provide clarity and an understanding of the symptoms people are dealing with. We will develop skills to decrease suffering and increase hope for the future.
