Life can be hard with many twists/turns, “parts” at odds with each other and unexpected roadblocks. What you once thought of as your way, may take on a completely different turn or route. The inner resources you have are still there and can be rekindled along with new strengths, skills and life narrative empowerment's.

Finding your way, from my perspective is a collaborative journey and process. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to empathically work together to meet your needs; with a touch of humor. Eventually you will see that you are the guide to your own mindful self-healing/connection, resource access and creative life purpose. Where you will turn the narrative from roadblocks, to an “I can do this”, process oriented growth venture. My areas of focus are depression, anxiety, trauma, GLTBQ & identity concerns, folks that feel that they don’t always fit in, grief/loss, transition and spirituality concerns; with over 11 years of post-graduate clinical counseling experience.

I utilize a solid foundation of nonjudgmental & empathic humanistic/narrative/existential approaches combined with evidence based practices that suit your individual needs (CBT, ACT, CPT, EMDR, DBT-"light", Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems, integrative art techniques). Finding your way can be challenging, but it also can be turned into a creative adventure; and one we can do together. Reclaim your narrative, let go of what no longer suits you, embrace transformation and your life. It takes courage and bravery to reach out for change. I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards finding your way & unifying parts of self.
