I’m simply here to compassionately support you in discovering what works best for you. Helping you understand your thoughts/feelings, using movement/breath work/mindfulness, and supporting skills development define my style. My approach is active, collaborative, holistic, evidence-based and trauma-focused (EMDR, CBT, MI).
