I have been a Licensed Social Worker and Counselor in New York for over 20 years. I graduated from Hunter College School of Social Work in 2001 and I have B.S degree in Criminal Justice. I have been working with individuals who have been through traumatic experiences in their lives including those who have suffered from chronic anxiety, depression, and issues with substance abuse. In addition, I have experienced working with families who have been exposed to the criminal justice system and family and court child protective system. I also have experience working with caregivers and Seniors.
My counseling approach is to treat my clients from a person-centered and non-judgmental approach. I want every client to feel safe with me and understand they whatever it is that is keeping them up at night or preventing from living their best life, I am in their corner and on their side.
