Great to meet you!

I have over 30 years of experience working with people who have substance use disorder, trauma, and most behavioral health disorders. We all strive for wellness, but events, circumstances, or behaviors sometimes get in the way. By actively listening and understanding your challenges, we will collaborate to set goals you want to work on. We will also create a path for you to reach those goals. Reach out to see if I am a good fit to guide you on your journey to wellness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and open-minded space to work on your growth and wellness. By actively listening and understanding the challenges you're encountering, we will collaborate to set goals.

What you can expect from our first session

As a therapist, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to explore and understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are all connected to your well-being. I help clients identify their goals, and together, we develop a plan to reach them. Whether dealing with substance use disorder, mental health issues, life transitions, grief and loss, sexual orientation or gender identity issues or simply seeking personal growth, therapy can provide invaluable support and empowerment.
