Headway

Dani unequivocally believes in the healing power of relationships and self reflection. When these are utilized skillfully with one another people can unlock potential and strength previously unimagined. With a history of working as a tenured classroom teacher, yoga instructor and clinical social worker, Dani retains a playful curiosity for both our inner and outer worlds and how they shape our daily lives and interactions.

Dani has been trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, peri-natal mood disorders, in addition to mindful meditation, breath work and yogic philosophy. Dani has clinical interests in relational psychodynamics. Her expertise in child development, relationships, and family of origin conflict help people gain deeper insight into who they are and who they want to be.

Passion for the experiences of others and the ways we can move closer to empathy and clarity continue to help guide her work and give her both personal and professional satisfaction. Our vulnerabilities and authentic responses reveal an inner strength that can help us walk upright and clear-headed in a sometimes confusing and lonely world.
