Great to meet you!

As a licensed & certified therapist, I have been working in private practice for 9 + years, specializing in trauma, bipolar, anxiety and depression. Prior to becoming a therapist, I have a life rich in experiences and complex traumas that I have delved deeply into and on this journey I have developed a spiritual and energetic approach which guides me to ask questions and provoke thought around our existence and how we see ourselves in the world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I combine several approaches that help you understand patterns and themes that might be causing you distress, and you will learn new skills to cope more effectively. I have several additional certifications in breath work, tensions and trauma releasing exercises and pain reprocessing therapy. I'm honest and direct with feedback & I actively share my perceptions and ideas with you.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to gain a strong set of skills, insight and problem solving approaches while feeling heard, seen and validated. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
