Dan helps his clients increase their resilience, strength, and adaptiveness towards the stress and disruption that occur in their lives. Using trauma-informed and present-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Mindfulness, he strives to promote compassion, healing, and growth while helping clients make progress on their individual goals. His clinical interventions are supported by decades of research, in addition to being rooted in his own experience working with survivors of violence, attachment trauma, and chronic health conditions.
