I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified integrative life coach with experience providing psychotherapy and coaching to adolescents, adults and families. I see individuals struggling with a wide range of issues including job and relationship stressors, issues with self-esteem, and those seeking support to process past trauma or a recent loss.
While I incorporate ongoing research in mind/body medicine and neuroscience into my practice, my work is grounded in the belief that in a creative, compassionate and supportive space change becomes not only possible, but often inevitable.
Some of my additional interests include working with new parents and with the parents of children with learning disabilities, autism and ADHD as well as with performing and visual artists. I received my Master’s degree from the NYU Silver School of Social Work and am currently in the process of completing a 3-year certificate program in at the William Alanson White Institute for Psychotherapy.
