A bit about my approach to therapy

As a Certified Family Trauma Professional and Wellness Consultant, she believes that the work of the individual creates a greater system. Danesha uses psycho-education, talk-therapy, mindfulness tools, and expressive art therapy techniques to help you cultivate your "Dream Identity."

She works with her client's to help them find effective solutions to get off their routine “go-mode” of life to promote balance and self awareness to grow.

What you can expect from our first session
