I have been working in mental health services and counseling for over 10 years. I have worked with all ages during this time and enjoy working with a variety of people. I also provide supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians. I utilize various forms of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method (for couples) and more.
Our time together may include working on developing healthy thought patterns, identifying solutions, improving relationships, processing emotions, managing thoughts, and/or regaining joy and purpose in your life. The ultimate goal in this journey is to improve your life by helping you feel better and more empowered!
