Headway

Daniel

We all find ourselves in situations where we struggle, become discouraged, or get "stuck". It's normal for us to, at times, be pushed to the threshold of what we may believe we are capable of managing. But whether our difficulties come to us in the form of overwhelming school or work obligations, an unhealthy relationship, or an inability to find the appropriate way to cope with a difficult emotion or painful memory, we can always find a way to not only manage, but to thrive.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults presenting with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, personality and mood disorders. I am determined to promote a safe, open, and collaborative environment to best meet the unique needs of each and every client to promote personal growth, hope, and positive change.

We can choose the way in which we allow our experiences to shape how we perceive ourselves, our relationships, and our world. Whatever you are going through, and for however long you've been going through it, overcoming adversity is always possible if we are willing to seek out positive change. And I would be honored to be along with you on that journey.
