I received a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Health Services from University of Texas at Arlington. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas. The majority of my experience has been in inpatient/outpatient case management working with adult patients of physical trauma, co-occuring health issues, substance abuse, HIV, LGBT, depression and anxiety.

As a clinician, I tend to be very future oriented, solution focused, and I really enjoy the process of getting to the root of those things holding us back. Whether it's persistent thoughts, uncontrolled emotions, lacking motivation, cyclical negative behaviors, or even feeling like you don't know where your head space is at... I'm happy to help you take a step back, assess what's going on, and make a game plan for moving forward.
