About Me

Are you noticing your/your child's difficulties? My goal is to facilitate transformation by helping clients understand their emotions, learn skills, increase confidence, heal from trauma, relieve anxiety, reduce depressive cycles, set boundaries, find balance in new life dynamics and feel empowered. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, adventurer and corny joke lover who enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults and families who are looking to make changes in their lives. I am direct, strength based, person centered and encourage my clients to be themselves. I am here to support you, as you are and as you desire to be.

I have gained a wide range experience from outpatient, school, shelters, substance treatment, and children’s residential treatment facility. Connecting CBT, DBT, REBT, Solution Focus Therapy, Mindfulness and Crisis Intervention skills with modern life application lead to transformation.

Modern life application speaks to the quote of “Modern problems, need modern solutions” with focus of acceptance of all and custom, individualized therapy for your journey, culture, identity and family style. Allow me a free 20 minute consultation to assist you, your child, or your family with starting a transformative journey.
