Great to meet you!

Hello/ Hola! Thanks for stopping by and congratulations on taking this first step; as it is often a powerful journey towards healing. Have you been feeling stuck or like you've been searching for answers to questions you just cannot find the answers to? Do you find yourself in the same unhealthy relationship patterns where you are left feeling like there just needs to be more to life? I get excited about helping people find their personal path of growth, healing and self-discovery.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe personal growth development is the single most important investment you can make to reach optimal wellness and I would love nothing more than to join you in that journey . My therapeutic approach is focused on helping my clients understand where their maladaptive patterns come from and how to shift their personal stories to reflect the life they want to have.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect to take away several valuable aspects from our therapy sessions. A few of which include: Gaining enhanced coping skills, increased self-awareness, effective communication skills, empowerment and confidence, stress reduction, emotional support, a way to heal and process trauma, and an overall sense of well-being. I'm here when you're ready and I'm looking forward to connecting soon !
