We all come to therapy in our own way. It might be a specific issue or difficult moment that brings you in. But just as often it can be a feeling of emptiness, of anguish or of dissatisfaction with yourself and the world around you. Experience tells me that deepening awareness of our thoughts, feelings and beliefs can point us toward understanding and acceptance, of what has impacted us and of who we are.

I foster an environment where you can listen to your thoughts, engage your feelings, discover your needs and speak your wants - the many parts of self that make up the fabric of who you are. I believe that exploring experiences in their historical context, from a place of honesty and with compassion can transform who we are and how we move through the world.

As each journey is unique, how we approach the work is a shared construction, evolving over time, and focused on self-realization. Together we’ll explore patterns of thought and relating that have been with you from your beginning, explore how they have informed and impacted your present, and ask if they still make sense for your future.

My practice is inclusive and welcoming. My work is to nurture those qualities that enliven and inform your spontaneous creative self, and that allow the truth of who you are to breathe.
