Using an integrative approach in therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems, explore past concerns, and improve positive thinking and behavior. The modalities I use include but are not limited to: Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) & Acceptance & Committment (ACT) therapies. I also have done training in Mental Health Nutrition & Integrative Medicine and we can work together using a holistic model to consider how health and nutrition may be impacting your mental health I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I’m confident you’ll find my personalized individual therapy beneficial and inspirational.

I also provide support, as well as assessments, in the areas of college and career planning, working in a collaborative effort, to identify personal strengths and goals. We will work together to explore options and to aid you in analyzing and making decisions to set you up on your best possible current and future path.

Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with challenges & change.
