A bit about my approach to therapy
I offer a welcoming, compassionate approach using Person-centered therapy that's personalized to your needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Trauma Informed Care (TIC), Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, and other therapies. Interventions used are evidence-based and straightforward for improvement in your daily life. My clients often report having better coping, less stress/anxiety, and more peace.
