Having a space where you feel safe, heard and supported is key in meeting your personal and therapeutic goals. I provide a nonjudgmental environment for reflection, creative self-expression and healing. Utilizing a client-centered approach, I offer support to build confidence and improve self-awareness in order to navigate life’s difficulties. I value honesty, compassion and creativity when working with clients.

I am a licensed creative art therapist who specializes in working with children and adolescents, as well as young adults in their 20s and 30s, struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem and family conflicts. I also have extensive experience supporting students (K-12 and college) in addressing school-related issues, including: stress, difficulty concentrating, social skills and conduct concerns. I utilize creative art interventions, play therapy and talk therapy to help clients process and understand their emotions, tailoring sessions to meet their unique interests and needs. Integrating art materials into sessions provides an alternative outlet for expression and exploration of emotions

Taking the first step into therapy can be difficult. I am here to listen, support and guide you in developing the tools and skills to pursue your therapeutic and personal goals.

I speak Spanish at an advanced level and can communicate with parents and care takers of children during collateral meetings.
