Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping women like you. If worry, sadness, hopelessness, memories of past trauma, or trouble connecting with others are weighing you down, I'm here for you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to arm you with the tools for a richer life. This means spotting what's working & what's not working in your life right now. It's about learning to be "in the moment" to see what thoughts, actions, & beliefs help or hinder you. This part takes time, honesty, & dedication. I'll encourage you to practice skills outside our sessions – that's where you'll really see your strengths & areas to improve. I'm here to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first therapy session, the focus is solely on understanding your unique needs. We'll pinpoint what's affecting your self-care, relationships, & future outlook. Together, we create a plan that targets your top concerns, serving as our roadmap throughout treatment. This plan adapts as you meet goals or if other distressing factors emerge. Together, we'll embark on a journey toward a brighter, more hopeful path.
