A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide psychotherapy in English & Spanish, in person or online. I work with children, teenagers, adults, & seniors; in a safe, caring, non-judgmental, & positive environment. I am compassionate, creative, genuine, direct, and lighthearted. My multicultural background & life experiences influence my empathy & open-mindedness. I use the best scientifically driven therapies to create an individualized approach to integrate the treatment modalities that will benefit you on your healing journey.

What you can expect from our first session

My practice is a safe place, where you can find acceptance, genuine care & openness. My purpose is to develop a positive & trusting client-counselor working relationship that’s conducive to healing & growth. I help clients acquire a deeper understanding of themselves, develop problem-solving skills, become confident & resilient, heal & alleviate emotional pain, cope with difficult experiences & challenges; and find joy, self-love & peace of mind as they create a life that has meaning & purpose.
