Great to meet you!

I enjoy helping others and have been in private practice for over 18 years. In sessions, I kintegrate Mindfulness and Compassion evidenced based approaches to help empower you. I strongly believe that connecting with your inner strengths and resiliency helps you live a balanced, empowered and joyful life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In couples and individual sessions, I help you learn healthier ways of coping with challenging situations. Together we'll explore feelings, and beliefs that are keeping you stuck/causing distress and help you develop self soothing skills to help tame reactivity, so that you make choices based on wisdom and compassion. These steps can improve your emotional well-being both in the relationship and your personal life.

What you can expect from our first session

When you chose to work with me, I will help you develop a greater sense of self awareness that will help you recognize when you are getting caught in limiting beliefs/patterns and the capacity to shift out of overwhelm or feeling victimized and meet life challenges from a place of empowerment, compassion and resiliency.
