A bit about my approach to therapy
One of my favorite quotes is, "We got to FEEL it to HEAL it." You may find yourself feeling insecure, sad, full of anger, or full of despair but there is HOPE! None of it may make sense at this point and that is ok. I am here to help you re-connect with yourself and get to a place where you have more compassion and love for yourself. We are not always able to control the events that happen on the outside, but we ARE able to control what goes on inside of us and how we react to those events.
What you can expect from our first session
My intention is to offer a warm, gentle and nourishing space for you, as you confront negative thoughts and beliefs that are blocking your joy.
