Life can be very hard at times. In therapy we will explore and process those hard times, together. I enjoy working with people to help ease and manage those hard times while also working together to find what works best for you. In therapy, I aim to provide a space that is warm, non-judgmental, collaborative, and a space that can be trusted. My work has given me the opportunity to help others come to a place in life where they can manage and cope with anxiety, depression, trauma related conflict, love and loss, substance use and misuse, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, inner-child struggles, issues impacting identity and sense of self, and other areas that have made life hard at times. I have extensive background working within the LGBTQ+ community. I look forward to working alongside you.
