2020 left some of us feeling isolated and lonely. And definitely confused! Plans and goals were derailed leaving some of us to wonder how things will change... I call this the "worried-well". This is a way that functioning individuals focus on the negative, despite success in everyday life. But there is a way out of this and into a more positive, life-embracing mindset!
I work with adolescents and adults on concerns related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, career/college, relationship concerns. I also specialize in working with the LGBTQ population.
