Hello, my name is Christine, and I look forward to hearing your story and/or your child's story. I have worked as a psychotherapist for 17 years and have shared with individuals in creating a more fulfilling life. I have experience in resolving current trauma or trauma history. For young adults and adolescent, I have experience in developing a healthy identity, improving self image, and managing anxiety during different developmental stages. I also have experience in improving social skills, especially in response to the current pandemic. I value helping to improve interactions between both children and parents as well as between spouses to mend marriages.

My treatment plan includes mindfulness, self-compassion theory, and cognitive strategies to minimize negative self-dialogue in order to improve relationship with one self. I use these modalities as well to develop a positive identity in order to have increased positive social interactions. Recently, I have been trained in EMDR to effectively treat trauma.

I have been helping children, couples, and families overcome difficult times and meet challenges that seem impossible. My passion is teaching others how to find the answers within themselves. I would be honored to meet you and your family to develop therapeutic goals to improve your life.
