Great to meet you!

Dr. Fay is a Licensed Psychologist with a passion for addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) issues. Dr. Fay has specialized training in health and geriatric issues. Dr. Fay’s passion for DEI work, combined with their training across the lifespan, helps them consider development, culture and systems, health/medical issues, and life transitions in addition to evidenced-based treatments in therapy and evaluations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Dr. Fay has led groups that focus on Race-Based Stress and Trauma as well as LGBT+ Health issues. Dr. Fay approaches therapy from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Additionally, Dr. Fay can help address adjustment to new health diagnoses or chronic medical conditions, such as: sleep problems, weight concerns, and assistance making difficult behavior and healthy lifestyle changes.

What you can expect from our first session

Sessions are a balance between being flexible enough to address day-to-day life issues while structured enough (through evidenced-based treatments) to ensure we stay on track for the presenting issues.
