Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in mental health and Christian spirituality. Working on your mind and spirit, can bring a more holistic transformation into your life. Finding a deeper sense of self, purpose and meaning. I like working with individuals and couples.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In sessions I provide a warm and safe space for you to freely express yourself. Together we will work collaboratively to address the anxiety, depression and other symptoms hindering you in life. Work together to understand the root of these issues and challenge the thinking patterns and behaviors that repeats themselves, keeping you in a negative loop. The tools that I will provide will help you gain more insight and understanding of yourself and work towards meaningful change and growth.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to be eclectic with my approach. However my main tools are derived from person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, and schema therapy. I hope for all my clients to leave sessions gaining more understanding of who they are, questions and tools to help them go deeper and confident to work towards change.
