Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression and Christian spirituality. Working on your mind and spirit, can bring a more holistic transformation into your life. Finding a deeper sense of self, purpose and meaning. I am licensed to see clients in New York and New Jersey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Are you struggling with disconnection, loneliness, depression or anxiety? Do you feel anxiety that is keeping you from following your dreams and holding you back? You do not have to go through this struggle alone. Therapy is a great way to work on you and becoming the best version of yourself. I would love to help you start that journey and walk through it with you. Together we will work collaboratively to address the issues hindering your life, taking away your joy, peace and mental stability.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to be eclectic with my approach. However my main tools are derived from person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, and schema therapy. I hope for all my clients to leave sessions gaining more understanding of who they are, questions and tools to help them go deeper and confident to work towards change.

I Invite you to reach out to me if you would like to begin this journey.
