My approach to therapy is compassionate and nonjudgmental, and I strive to create a space where people feel comfortable to explore and express all aspects of who they are. While therapy can feel like a serious undertaking sometimes, I think that laughter and creativity can also be important elements of the healing process. It's my belief that meaningful change requires both insight and action, so we will work together to identify the patterns in your life that are keeping you stuck and find new ways for you to move forward.

Because therapy is a collaborative process, it's important that we work well together. I encourage my clients to give honest feedback about what is helpful and unhelpful in our sessions so that we can focus our work on what matters most to you.
