Hello! Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed or hopeless? Have you been struggling in your life or in your relationships? Does your child need assistance with managing or expressing their emotions?

As your therapist my first priority is to provide you with a safe environment to look at the reasons that bring you in and provide you with genuine care to help you achieve the changes you wish to make.

If you are looking for your joy, strength and peace to be restored as a result of counseling-this relationship will work.

Everything you need to improve and change your life you already hold inside of you.

I take a person-centered approach and like to meet my clients where they are at. I utilize solution-focused brief therapy to help clients move towards the future that they want and to learn what can be done differently by using their existing skills and strengths. This supports you in focusing on the present and future circumstances and goals rather than past experiences.

I believe in using a collaborative approach to assist the whole client in achieving solutions, so I also utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and psycho-education.

I enjoy my work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Part of therapy includes working with my clients to help them develop their own social and support network of friends and family that are so important to continued success in the future.

If you are anxious, depressed, having difficulties managing or expressing your emotions - you have made the right decision to connect today.

Some of the areas of treatment I provide include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, family distress, trauma, communication, and stress management.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is to hear my client’s say “I feel better after we have talked things out”.

In our work together, you can feel confident that we will work towards finding and achieving solutions for your concerns.

If you are ready to talk, I am ready to listen and hold space for you!
