I possesses a Masters in Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Grief Professional (CGP) and a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). I have attended clinical trainings in EMDR, CBT and Somatic Based Interventions. I have 15 years of experience working with a variety of populations in a variety of settings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize Client Centered Therapy (CCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) however I am flexible in my approach and tailor it to the individual I am working with.

Throughout my career and education I have been able to empower, inspire and educate those with whom I work with.
