I am a. Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the field of social work for the past 19 years. I bring a wealth of experience in working with adults, children and families. I can help persons with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues and other mental health disorders.

I like to work with clients either face to face in my office or virtually. The first appointment will be getting to know each other. I have an intake process that includes questions about understanding who you are and what brought you to counseling. My style of counseling is mostly talk therapy. I specialize in depression, anxiety, general mental health and self-esteem. I am not judge mental and I encourage my clients to be their authentic self.

You can expect the first 1-2 sessions to be focused on connecting with you and listening to you. Future sessions will be focussed on creating a safe space for you to grow and heal. You are an integral part of your treatment. My clients learn to make informed decisions that will improve their outcomes in their life.
